From The Hotel in Ho Chi Minh
Friday, Asian market was in turmoil due to Brexit.
I had considered if the referendum is the best way to find out the public opinion
in democracy.
Why are the public opinions coming to light quite different from the result?
I read a lot of comments from experts, and heard news about the question.
In fact, I almost agree with them.
But regardless, the world is heading for chaos anyway.
I consider and consider…still no conclusion…
On Saturday, I went to a driving range to refresh myself.
One guy who is Australian spoke to me
and he told me he was a professional tournament golfer
but he was injured last year.
So he is here in a warm country, Vietnam, for rehabilitation.
He proposed to give me a lesson.
I accepted his proposal.
And, on top of that, we went for dinner together after that.
We talked about many things.
There are 3 floors in the driving range.
He is passing his business cards to everyone who is practicing.
He told me that he could get about one client per day.
I thought he was making a dash to win a tournament.
Sunday I had a dinner alone.
Then I saw the person who was sitting opposite me looked Japanese
and he spoke to me.
Actually he was Korean, but was able to speak Japanese very well.
He told me he has a company in Ho Chi Minh and making a website
which is presenting office space and staff to Japanese clients
He is “Korean” !
to “Japanese” !
in “Vietnam” !
This weekend it became clear that many people are doing their best
to achieve their goals and dreams in the current environment
– regardless of the politics and economic situation.
I couldn’t help but respect them.
